About Gary Nagle

Gary J. Nagle has practiced law in Palm Beach County since 1977 and has limited his practice to real property law including real property transactions, real property litigation and real estate brokerage law.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Mr. Nagle attended undergraduate school at the University Of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Journalism Degree in 1974. Mr. Nagle attended law school at the Ohio Northern University Petitt College of Law in Ada, Ohio, where he received his JD in 1977.

Mr. Nagle was admitted to the Florida Bar in November of 1977 and was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In June 2009, Mr. Nagle was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Since 1977, Mr. Nagle has represented several Boards of REALTORS in Palm Beach County, and currently represents the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of REALTORS and the Palm Beach Board of REALTORS.

In addition to representation of the local Boards, Mr. Nagle serves on the Florida Association of REALTORS, Local Board Attorneys’ Committee and has served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of that committee.

In 1984, Mr. Nagle was appointed by the Florida Bar President to serve on the Statewide REALTORS-Attorney Joint Committee. In 2010, Mr. Nagle was reappointed by the President of the Bar to that committee and has served as the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Committee.

Further, Mr. Nagle has served on the Statewide FAR/BAR Contract Revision Committee and has participated from 1984 in the revising of the FAR/BAR Contract. In 2010, he was appointed Chairman of the Contract Revision Committee and held that position through 2014.

Mr. Nagle has also frequently served as a lecturer for the Florida Real Estate Commission as well as various Boards of Realtors. He continues to involve himself in educational programs on a voluntary basis for the benefit of the real estate community throughout the State of Florida.
